Elmcroft Care Home is a modern purpose-built single storey home situated in a rural tranquil location near the village of Tolleshunt Major, Maldon, Essex. The home is registered to provide both residential and nursing care for up to 54 residents in two separate units. Both buildings are designed to provide a pleasant and comfortable environment for residents.
The home has extensive gardens including a large pond for residents and their visitors to enjoy.
Our dedicated team will develop tailor made care plans for each resident, while there is a range of activities and outings for residents. The home has an in house chef who cooks nutritious home made meals every day.
