Receptionist / Admin Assistant
Kendal Care Home, Burton Road, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 7RG
Contract: 24 hours weekly – 9am to 3pm
Work Pattern: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday

Key responsibilities
- To demonstrate good customer service skills
- To manage internal and external calls in a polite, professional manner, communication messages promptly.
- To assist coordinating visits to the home including interviews and general meetings.
- To demonstrate an understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel
- To have good organised record keeping skills and general administration duties to support the Home Manager and team.
- To have a flexible, welcoming and supportive approach to the role
- To work in harmony with staff teams promoting the care homes values and vision
