Well done to our team at Kenyon Lodge Care home, who recently were inspected by CQC and following their new approach to regulating and inspecting have awarded the home with a GOOD Rating in all areas.
The report shared some amazing comments throughout in respect of our staff team, how it is consistently well-led, promoting positive culture, which is person centred, open, inclusive and empowering.
Our residents are in the heart of everything we do, and this has been reflected in the report showing how our trained staff team always look past our residents illnesses, they get to know the real person, promoting independence with dignity and respect.
