Our homes offer a wide range of activties and trips tailored to our residents preferences and interested. This includes a range of trips to local attractions, cinema nights, exercise classes to improve wellbeing, through to live performances from musicians and bands, and pets visiting the home.

Reindeer’s I hear you say! What at Farnworth Care Home! Yes it is true and what an amazing visit it was to for our residents, they absolutely loved it. However, we were told that Rudolph was helping Santa and sent his apologises….. well when you are famous!
Our lovely residents at Cromwell House had fun creating this beautiful Hand Print Christmas Wreath. What a wonderful idea and looks amazing. Festive hand prints that have touched our hearts. Truly is the prettiest sight to see.
At Cromwell House the festive season has began with our lovey residents enjoying making wreaths and table decorations, creating a magical Christmas scene for all to enjoy. It really is the season to be jolly!
The start of the Christmas count down has begun for residents at Farnworth Care Home. With Belmont Units advent calendar ready and waiting. I wonder what is in those packages? 5th of Decembers one looks good for me, especially if they are all filled with chocolates…..
There has been some spooky going on’s at our Abbey Healthcare Care Homes……. From Ghoulishly delicious treats, pumpkin carving, community monster mash outdoor parties, to residents Trick and Treating with staff. A devilish time was had by all!
Kendal Care Home were all very excited to kickstart the latest trip out with a visit to the Oasis Wildlife Centre near Milnthorpe. They were greeted by an array of Leaf Cutting Ants that were walking along ropes directly above their heads, to seeing more amazing creatures such as the Goliath Bird Eating Tarantula, Poison Arrow Dart Frog and the Chameleon. Fantastic day had by all
Enjoying a beautiful warm autumnal day our residents of Cromwell House walked through the homes gardens admiring the trees and plants with there ever changing colours, to watching the birds in their Avery, as the autumn leaves start to fall
With the beautiful autumnal weather, football madness in our gardens at our Kenyon Lodge Care Home. Some of residents showed of their skills with a few chip shots it was a goal! Fantastic time had by all., we all went a little football mad
Residents and staff of Kenyon Lodge Care home came together making an array of cakes, to support the “World’s Biggest Coffee Morning”. We coffee and tea flowing and cakes galore their fundraiser was a huge success! Well done to everyone for supporting this fabulous cause.
